RETURN POLICY
At Miglani Hardware, we offer a hassle-free ‘15 Days Easy Return‘ policy for all purchases made on our website within 2 days from the date of the Invoice, ensuring that you can return items at your convenience.
Despite our efforts to dispatch thousands of shipments daily with damage-free packaging and utmost care, if you suspect tampering with your package, please reach out to Miglani Hardware staff via email/WhatsApp and record a video while unboxing.
In the event of receiving an SMS indicating delivery while not having received your order, contact Miglani Hardware staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.
All return requests are processed within 5 days from the date of the request. Feel free to contact Miglani Hardware Customer Support if you have any inquiries regarding your return.
If you’ve purchased our products from another online shopping platform, adhere to the terms and conditions of that platform’s return policy.
Please note that customised products, such as Kitchen Sinks in Matte Finish, Centre Hole in Shower Drain Channels, Matte Finish in Floor Drains, Kitchen Sink Tap Holes and RO Holes, and Colored/PVD Coating on Floor Drains & Shower Drain Channels, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Shipping charges on the order will not be refunded in case of product return.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return.
For cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account, and we will request the necessary details after receiving the return request within 2 days from the invoice date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order at Miglani Hardware, log in to your account within 24 hours from placing the order.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched.
If your order is already dispatched, you can receive it and opt for a return if you decide not to keep the product.
